How does Does the Amway Class Action lawsuit effect the whole MLM industry?
This has been a big week in the MLM profession, with the lost of Amway’s appeal in their class action lawsuit. Kevin Thompson summed it up this way – “It appears Amway is going to be required to litigate the California class action case in Federal Court.”
If the Amway case goes to trial, this will be one of the only times Amway’s internal books have been opened and made public for all to see. Since the 1970’s Amway have been known as the Teflon MLM Giant, beating just about every legal action brought against it in every country across the globe.

This could be frightning for us the people.
Just what we all need is more government intervetion.
I was an Amway distributor for 14 years and mostly loved it.
What took me out of it was what the gentlemen in the video spoke of and that was upline tool profits.
It got really crazy because as was mentioned we did not all have the customers as I beleive we should have for any MLM.
So the upline created their own nice side income that only certain levels qualified for.
Ironically I am also building a Numis nwtwork and the speaker is right we have many customers and no one goes off of autoship. It’s a very nice model because of the product.
The news is doing our advertising along with the U.S. government as they continue to print money.
I got into NWM partly because I’m not a fan of governments and corporations.
But here they are anyway in our lives.

Repercussions of this could be huge.
