PPC Web Spy – How to Spy on Your Web Competitors
PPC Web Spy is one of those ‘rose amongst thorn’s’ software applications that rarely come about. Personally, I’ve been unsubscribing from as many email lists as possible to stay focused on all the exciting developments happening at thatMLMbeat. But when Brad Callen (famous for software tools like SEO-Elite, Keyword-Elite and countless others) develops a state of the art keyword tool like this, I pay attention.
There are various PPC (that’s pay per click, of course!:) tools which allow you to spy on your web competitors and extract all their keywords, but nothing comes close to this. And better yet, PPC Web Spy is also free. I’ve seen some PPC Spy Tools charge as much as US$40 per month for software with less than half the features.
Of course, nothing beats free traffic generated with your internet and network marketing blog.
But if you need traffic in a hurry, pay per click advertising is the way to go.
Besides, if you are marketing a funded proposal or network marketing affiliate program on the front end, your profits should comfortably cover your costs anyway. But that’s a discussion for another post.
What makes PPC Web Spy unique?
PPC Web Spy is a plug-in for Mozilla Firefox which positions itself on the status bar at the bottom part of your internet browser. Unlike other pay per click management systems, PPC Web Spy positions itself within your Google search results.
When you do a Google search, a big green button saying “View Keywords” diplays right below the ad. You simply click on the button and a screen appears with the keywords that website is bidding on.
Fascinating and slightly sly at the same time!
A successful pay per click campaign is all dependant upon the keywords. Without keywords, you have no searches and no traffic.
On the other hand, bidding on the wrong keywords can be quite a costly exercise, so a word of caution:
Don’t grab keywords from the first site you see or just because they are in the number one spot.
Many internet and network marketers starting out with pay per click campaigns end up wasting all their money on the number one spot and end up leaving disappointed shortly there after.
Keep track of the websites which appear constantly in your search results for your niche. They are obviously doing something right.
PPC Web Spy has a Silver, Gold and Platinum upgrade which has a few exciting extra features and unique way of position your affiliate links on the number 1 spot in Google every single time. Watch the movies for a further explanation on that.
BONUS TIP:
If you are building a blog for the first time and you are not sure about the keywords you are targeting, run a google adwords campaign first. For as little as $5, you can determine if your keyword/s are profitable enough and worth targeting for your network marketing blog.
This can save you endless hours of frustration.
