Was it watching TV, playing a game with their friends or was it staying focused on growing their business? Was it taking the summer off to vacation or to work so they would have the edge come “fall rush?”

Commitment
Leaders in all walks of life have made it to the top in their industry because they stayed committed to the end goal. They saw the big picture and aimed for it. They were committed to a bigger cause, something far bigger than themselves. Whether it was creating a dynasty for their family or achieving success with network marketing to show their family it was possible.

Work Ethics
Leaders in all walks of life have made it to the top in their industry because they are willing to do what the unsuccessful are not willing to do. They make one last phone call. They do one last appointment. They are willing to push harder than the average.

Personal Development
Leaders in all walks of life have made it to the top of in their industry because they always work harder on themselves than someone else. They know the importance of continually improving themselves. Leaders in the industry never stop learning. They go to every training event, conference call, or convention because they may learn something to give them the extra edge.

Never Give Up
Leaders in all walks of life have made it to the top in their industry because they never gave up. You will find many leaders were simply ordinary people but through time they learned to be extraordinary leaders. They had time on their side. The only way to fail in business is to quit!

Extreme Discipline
Leaders in all walks of life have made it to the top in their industry because they were disciplined on the basics. They made more phone calls, set more appointments, had more enrollments and developed more leaders than the average. Those are the successful internet and network marketers.

Failing Your Way to Success
Leaders in all walks of life have made it to the top in their industry because they failed more than anyone else. That’s right! You will hear incredible stories of failure which led to paramount success. Almost every millionaire’s story will talk about the failures they had which led to the crazy success they have today. It’s very rare you find a millionaire who has not had stories of failure. They simply kept failing forward.

I think the most important traits must be to take action and never give up. Most people spend hours online doing nothing but it is really important to grab the bull by the horns and get to it. Without action nothing will happend. Never give up is just as importan because there is no easy road to success.
