MLM Training Video - Who’s the Network Marketing Rich and Who’s Not
There are so many myths about network marketing and this MLM Training Video hits the nail on the head. Some voice always leads us to believe that we have won the lottery when we join a network marketing business.
Then, as soon as the first few obstacles start to surface, the objections and beliefs that your friends and family told us about network marketing all become true.
“Only the people that get in at the beginning and are at the top make all the money” jumps to mind.
Tim Sales puts this to rest.
Just like his previous MLM training video why people fail at MLM and Jim Rohn’s leadership, this is clear cut advise you can take straight to the bank.

Pros of Social Networking Sites, 10 Core Sites for Strategic Social Marketing
by George Fourie · 5 Comments
Pros of Social Networking sites. Social networking websites have the tendency to alter your sleeping patterns. Sleeping? Okay, so when that actually happens after endless online hours of social networking, you either dream web 2.0 properties and other times there are mild nightmares. It’s challenging to absorb the ‘know how’ without feeling overwhelmed and getting everything systemized into a strategic social marketing plan of action.
With our network marketing blog taking great shape, BlogSuccess with its helping community have really kept us on track and we are almost ready to go full steam ahead with their extreme 60 day marketing plan.
On day one, Jack Humphrey discusses 10 core social marketing sites to focus on for exceptional traffic.
Here are 10 pros of social networking sites with excellent resources attached!
1. Facebook
The granddaddy of them all. According to Alexa rankings, Facebook is the 5th most popluar site in the world today. Facebook is the perfect place to develop relationships online and now boast with more than a 100 million users online. Unfortunately, to many marketers have adopted their tacky ‘MySpace Mentality’ in Facebook by pasting endless links on your profile wall. This makes anyone cringe. Lots of potential for marketing, if you are prepared to build relationships first. Best Resource will be Mari Smith, relationship and buzz marketing specialist. You will plenty of golden nuggets on her fan page.
2. Squidoo
There’s been plenty of debate’s whether Seth Godin’s (the king of marketing in my opinion) collection of half a million pages still delivers quality traffic after a not so recent Google Slap. But, like Seth mentions, Google is famous for rewarding pages that are worth while, so if you Squidoo lens provides quality content, Squidoo still Rocks. Check out Rena Klingenberg’s Squidoo Traffic Power lens for great tips.
3. Hubpages
Hubpages are relatively the same as Squidoo. Instead of a lens, you build a hub. Hubs with blatant affiliate promotions will not get approved. Only original, relevant content will cut it. Here is a step by step guide how to build a hubpage which also covers how you can make money with your hubpages.
4. StumbleUpon
This site rocks. Install the ‘stumble’ button on your firefox browser to vote sites a thumbs up or down, or simply bookmark a favorite while doing research on the fly. Here are 50+ Resources for Utilizing StumbleUpon Effectively.
5. Mashable
Mashable is the worlds largest blog to focus on all the web 2.0 and social networking news. Very popular amongst bloggers and social networkers with an influential demographic which increases daily.
6. Digg
Digg is a community-based social news site with a readership who is extremely tech savvy. You can submit your articles, blog posts, videos, pictures, etc and if the community ‘diggs’ it, you get, well, digged. If a link to your content gets submitted to Digg and gets voted for by the community, you can receive hundreds to even thousands of visitors in as little as minutes.
Dean Hunt’s content has been featured on the front page numerous times, visit dean hunts blog to download a free report and find out about the rabbits!:)
7. Technorati
Simply said, the Google of Blogs. Technorati was founded to help bloggers collect and share information for online global conversation. Technorati currently states it is tracking over 112.8 million blogs. Once you have sufficient content, you need to claim your blog with Technorati. A good idea is to let your friends and others favorite your blog with Technorati.
8. MyBlogLog
The key to global conversation throughout the blogosphere. MyBlogLog enables bloggers to talk amongst each other and learn about their readers by checking out their blogs and active communities. This generally made possible via a widget in the sidebar displaying your most recent visitors to your blog. MyBlogLog enhances your existing presence on the Web and ties it into communities of like-minded readers and bloggers, adding context to the conversations in which you take part.
9. Propeller
Several years back when Netscape.com was acquired by AOL, Netscape wanted to follow in Digg’s footsteps and added social news. So, Propeller was born. Propeller is a social news portal which, like Digg, is controlled by the popularity which is voted for by the community. Make sure your content is newsworthy and original when you submit to Propeller.
10. Mixx
Direct competitor of Digg who is receiving a lot of attention from CNN, who now adds a ‘mixx it’ buttons with all their content. A fun group of diversified personalities consisting of a ex-banker, a blackjack dealer, an ice skater, a self-professed geek and a rabid cricket fan. Be sure to add Mixx for strategic social marketing.
And of course… Twitter!
The list cant be complete without adding Twitter to the portfolio. Twitter’s microblogging 140 character conversations is taking over the web, literally. CoachDeb has created the ultimate guide to Twitter, so if you are still in the Dark about how Twitter works, download the TwitterHandBook. Don’t forget to follow thatMLMbeat on Twitter too!:)

MLM ‘Failure’, Network Marketing Simply Doesn’t Work!
by George Fourie · 2 Comments
“Network Marketing simply doesn’t work. Let’s face it, look at all the statistics. The road leads to ‘failure’. Have you been ‘burnt’ by network marketing? Or even worse, some ‘ network marketing scam artist’ took your money? The people at the top, they make all the money. And hey, I am not a salesman either, so I cannot sell this pyramid scheme stuff.”
Have you ever heard this before? Is it real, or simply glorified excuses to shift the responsibility onto anything but oneself?
One should really ask:
“Were you ‘burnt’ in network marketing, or did you simply not do anything and then blame the company, the compensation plan and the industry? Were you scammed out of your money, or did you simply fail to see the opportunity in what you joined and expected an instant rush of money into your bank account without ever having to lift a finger? Are you a victim of society’s excuses? Have you fallen into the ‘everything is a scam’ trap? Is it always the circumstances and never you?”
It’s much easier to blame the world, the economy, the president, global warming for ‘failure’ in life than simply take responsibility. This movie from Tim Sales hits the nail on the head. It speaks the truth.
Google Friend Connect - Let’s Connect!
by George Fourie · 1 Comment
Google Friend Connect is live. After seeing it in action on Suzanne Franco’s money making ideas blog, I thought it would be well worth putting to the test on thatMLMbeat.
Currently, the team at thatMLMbeat consists of 6 internet and network marketing professionals, so Google Friend Connect might be a great way for the team to communicate with all our readers.
Let’s judge via the amount of activity it attracts. Not sure how much conversation that amount of space can handle and if it’s the perfect solution, but time will tell.
This won’t replace traditional comments after blog posts, so please still do those.
What are your thoughts? Do you like it? Leave us a comment and share your thoughts.
The movie above will help you get started with Google Friend Connect.

4 Personality Types - Network Marketing Strategy with an Unfair Advantage
If there is one network marketing strategy that gives you the cutting edge advantage over your fellow MLM distributors, then being versatile when communicating between the 4 personality types certainly takes the cake.
Network marketing strategies aside, surely you can recall that time when you experienced an instant connection with a complete stranger? Better yet, engaging in a long conversation which possibly led to lifelong friendship? You couldn’t explain it, but you simply just ‘clicked.’
Where does this unexpected bond come from? Quite simply, you share 1 of the 4 personality types.
The 4 personality types are can be defined as someone’s social-style of coping and interacting with others. You might have seen the 4 Personality Types Described as:
- red, blue, white and yellow
- A type, B type, C type and D type
- Fire, air, water, earth
- Leader, expressive, dependable, analyst
- Dominant, Inspiring, Supportive, Cautious (description our research is based upon)
There’s also the P’s, S’s and A’s. Different terminology, same meaning.
Natural interaction and instant connection leads to strong relationships, which makes understanding the 4 personality types the perfect network marketing strategy.
By knowing exactly which personality type you are, what motivates you subconsciously and what part you play to really connect with people, will allow you to be versatile in your approach to making relationships truly work.
Robert A. Rohm, Ph. D. from Personality Insights, Inc., has a quick online personality test that makes your own personality evaluation easy to understand.
But, if you are looking for the real quick, down and dirty personality review, ask yourself the following questions. Only answer yes or no.
• Are you Outgoing or Reserved?
• Are you Task Oriented or People Oriented?
Based on the answers to these two questions you fall into one of these four categories:
• Dominant – Outgoing and Task Oriented; 10% of the population
• Inspiring – Outgoing and People Oriented; 25-30% of the population
• Supportive – Reserved and People Oriented; 30-35% of the population
• Cautious – Reserved and Task Oriented; 20-25% of the population
The 4 personality types can become an endless discussion and debate.

SponsorDaddy, just Another Network Marketing Affiliate Program?
What? Another Network Marketing affiliate program? Don’t we have enough? SponsorDaddy, the latest, claim-to-be-greatest network marketing system that’s in “soft” launch, that is, the launch before pre-launch, has managed to create a bedazzled buzz in the Network Marketing world.
So what’s all the hype about anyway? Do we really need another over promise / under deliver network marketing affiliate program? What makes SponsorDaddy so great?
As little as 2 years ago, there were only a handful of funded proposal style network marketing affiliate programs, which gave any newbie the opportunity to be branded as “The Expert” in the industry. Today the internet is jam packed with tacky landing pages delivering endless “free” reports and overpriced eBooks disguising the obvious intention of lead generation.
So, when we received an invitation to check out the SponsorDaddy system, naturally our defenses went right up.
To our surprise, this is what we discovered:
- A network marketing affiliate program which supplies you with a never ending source of new people to contact
- Drives those network marketing leads and personal prospects directly to your website
- Qualifies your prospects for you so that you only speak to those who are interested in your product or business
- Explains the Network Marketing industry the benefits of having a home based business
- Follows up your prospects for you and alerts you every time they visit your website
- Personal branding made easy. Introduces you and your personal story
- Tells your company story for you the way you want it to be told
- Manage and trains your new team members
- Automates training on every aspect of the system 24 / 7
Not bad for a network marketing affiliate program which is approaching pre-launch.
Impressed? Yes. Convinced? No.
On face value, the above benefits are enough to grab any successful network marketer’s undivided attention. But that brings us back to the magic question:
Can they deliver what they promise? Do these guys actually know what they are doing?
SponsorDaddy is classed as the new kid on the block, but the founders are most definitely not.
NaXum Online Marketing Services has been the provider of tools and services for home business entrepreneurs for close to a decade, enabling them to successfully market products and services online. From powerful custom flash movies, to custom newsletter systems, to a live spokesperson welcoming your website visitors, Naxum Online Marketing Services has touched every aspect of online marketing.
With the experience gathered from dozens of custom Branded Online Marketing System’s for affiliate companies, direct selling companies, their network marketing leaders and distributor force, Naxum created SponsorDaddy. The same platform used for custom systems, now universal.
Ok, the System is Rock Solid. How about the Money?
Although SponsorDaddy system was designed as a network marketing tool to promote your primary business, there’s a compensation plan attached which seems foolish to ignore.
Traditional network marketing affiliate programs only spare a lousy once off commission. SponsorDaddy pays out on direct coding bonuses (fast start) and weekly, residual income through a new style, very generous binary compensation plan.
Statistically over 200 million people will join a home business in the next few years. There are no shortage of opportunities, but credible, solid systems are hard to come by. SponsorDaddy is the perfect tool to provide value to any network marketer from any network marketing company.
Network Marketer’s might not be open to look at your business opportunity initially, but they will definitely take interest in a universal marketing system that can help them build their primary business.
Why not get paid while building the relationship with your new leader?
By them joining SponsorDaddy first, not only do you open the door to a new business relationship, but you get paid in the meantime, an unbeatable win-win scenario.
