Supportive types like to help others in friendly environments. They want to finish the job but take their time doing it. They want to be appreciated and will support you as they are the nicest people in the world.

What Could Be An Issue?

Supportive types want to get the job done but often have a hard time starting it because they are not sure how so it is best to give them a job where the procedure is very established. Take a look at Mr. Rogers. He’s probably not the guy you’d want running your company but would be excellent as a personal coach for some of the top leaders.

Mr. Rogers would always show up on time and never offend someone. If he did, he’d be the first to apologize.

Room for Improvement

If you are a Supportive type, you could try something new, your own idea. Consider controversy a communication tool that is so important to good human relationships and personal well being. This way you can be more comfortable if you rock the boat a bit. Know that you are a valuable person and communicating your feelings can open up doors to a better life for yourself and people around you.

It is always best to let people do what they do best. If you have any kind decision that requires a lot of compassion and caring for individuals or anything socially important, make sure to recruit a Supportive type for your team. They will surely support a caring position and help move the team in a socially positive outcome.

Knowing how much of each of the 4 personality types make up your personality, better prepares you to understand and communicate with everyone and make progress in your network marketing business.
