Supportive types want to get the job done but often have a hard time starting it because they are not sure how so it is best to give them a job where the procedure is very established. Take a look at Mr. Rogers. He’s probably not the guy you’d want running your company but would be excellent as a personal coach for some of the top leaders.

They will surely support a caring position and help move the team in a socially positive outcome.
