5 Sure Fire ways to Outsource your Internet Network Marketing Business

January 15, 2009

Outsource Internet and Network MarketingAll internet and network marketing professionals can do with some help at times.

In fact, this goes for any , internet marketer or any online home based business professional.

Some entrepreneurs starting out new with a small home based business, not realizing they have the potential to expand their business into something profitable will need some help.

One-person eBay shops even develop into full-fledged internet stores worked with teams of committed sales people. No matter how hard you try, there is no way you can manage all of the aspects of your online home based business as the growth continues and this is when some outsourcing will come in handy.

Attention has to be taken to decide which tasks to outsource and the right company to choose for those tasks to have the greatest productivity.

What should you outsource?

Anything from the those repetitive and mundane jobs which eats into your productivity. You can hire virtual assistants, freelancers, ghostwriters and freelance designers to put some zest on your network marketing blog.

Make sure that your instructions are extremely clear, especially when you outsource more fragile tasks like assistance with building your online web presence.

This ensures when you give a few of your duties to someone else, they won’t have a chance of messing up. This is essential when you outsource in countries where English is not the first language.

Still not sure what to outsource?
Apply the 80 / 20 rule. Run through your daily tasks and determine the 20% that is producing 80% of your income and outsource the rest.

For more clarification on this, read The Four Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris.

Depending on your work load, you won’t necessitate to employ them on a steady salary since once your job is complete, they won’t have a great deal of work to follow up with for your business.

I keep hearing about The Four Hour Work Week- I will definitely have to read it.

I have been very shaky about outsourcing any writing just for the reason you mentioned- your web presence IS a very fragile thing.

But I think outsourcing would be good for the mundane tasks. At one of Jeffrey Combs seminars he talks about how he has someone do his grocery shopping because to him he would rather pay someone $10 an hour to do the simple chores so it leaves him free to do money producing activities.

Hey Jen,

Yes. The Four Hour Work Week is a real paradigm shift from the ‘do-it-yourself’ mentality.

You are quite right. Every time I have outsourced writing, I still end up tweaking it and rearranging keywords to my liking.

But then again, if the research was done by someone else and all the facts are together, it does save time.

I guess the more advanced your outsourcing becomes, the more thorough you have to be with your instructions and training systems that you put in place for your virtual assistant.

This is an interesting idea if work is holding you back from really expanding your business. Growth is important to running a successful company, so I can see how outsourcing work could really help a lot of small businesses.

Hi Jerry,

Thanks for stopping by.

Absolutely, you are right, outsourcing can free up your time for something more productive.

It seems I never have enough hours for the things I need to do, so if there are some tedious tasks you don’t really enjoy doing – why not outsource them?
